Below are answers to some of the most common questions we are asked.
Shipping : In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible we normally use U.S.P.S. priority one flat rate boxes. We also use parcel post for helmets. One shirt of any size can fit in the smallest box. On average, up to four will fit in the medium box. When ordering a larger quantity, products may be shipped via U.P.S. to lower the cost. If an item is needed immediately, it can be shipped next day air at additional cost.
Returns: Please see our disclamer page here.
Sizes: Please see our info on t-shirt sizes here.
Personal Info: Personal information is only kept long enough to make sure that the product has been received and the customer is satisfied. We routinely purge our system every ninety days.
Special orders: In order to assure that all information on special orders is correct, we must have either a contact phone number or email address to verify spelling and any special instructions prior to processing the order. Any orders mailed in must be printed legibly and include the contact information for verification.
Items to paint on: We are often asked: "Can I just buy the shirt (or item) and send them to you?" Yes you can. Our motto is: if it will set still long enough and paint will stick to it we can paint it. But please contact us prior to sending the item. If we are not expecting a shipment, we do not accept delivery and it will be returned to the sender.

When shipping us your personal helmets, please be sure to use extra care so that it will be received in good condition. Upon receipt, we photograph any item sent to us to document any shipping damage and retain in our records for 90 days. If there is any perceivable damage to the item, we will contact you immediately. A copy of the photograph will be included when we return the item.
Photos: Normally, we take and keep photos of work created on different items for later use in our web pages or adveritizing. If for any reason you do not want us to do this please indicate your preference on the order form and that file will be deleted.
Durability: With proper care an AIRBRUSHED T-SHIRT can last for many years. Some items that were produced in the 80's still look good and have not faded out because they were maintained correctly. More information on care HERE
